Policies

Registration

  • All children must be registered before the start of each session.
  • An annual insurance fee is due with your initial registration at a cost of $25 for each child.
  • Class fees are due on or before the first day of class. 
  • All class fees are non-refundable except for medical reasons with a doctor’s note and family emergencies.
  • Students will not be allowed to participate in class without the necessary documents and session payment.
  • Class and session cancellations within the 24 hours prior to class do not receive refunds. 

Make-Ups

  • Students are entitled to one make-up per session. No walk-ins will be accommodated.
  • If the alternate class days and times do not work for the student, they do not receive a refund and will not be able to make up the missed class.
  • There will be no refunds or credits for missed classes outside of the exceptions.

Attire

  • Girls – Athletic attire: leggings, gym shorts, yoga pants, T-shirt and athletic sneakers.
  • Boys – Athletic attire: gym shorts, stretchy pants, T-shirt and athletics sneakers.
For safety:  No jeans, hoodies, belts, jewelry, etc. Please make sure pants are not too long to avoid tripping. No crocs or sandals. When attending indoor classes, students will either take their shoes off or wear “inside” sneakers (sneakers that have not been worn outside) or socks. Secure hair with a hair tie.

Observations

Parents are not permitted in the class space as it can be a distraction to the students.

Covid-19

  • Students are not required to wear masks. 
  • All students must have their own yoga mat or panel mat to stretch on for outdoor classes.
  • Parents are required to read, sign, and submit the Covid form prior to the student’s first class.
  •  Covid policies will be regularly updated based on current events and safety.
